On Location, November 6

November Valley
...so mild for November, and perfectly still.....I barely had to spray my paints at all. I'm just a short trek away from my car. There is a beautiful service path next to a mature forest....I'm just on the edge of it here, and completely sheltered on 3 sides, with this grand view to the east...

  1. I really admire your paintings and style. Enjoying seeing your plein air process. How do you attach your painting board or canvas to your board or "easel" behind it? Looks like you use a bit of duct tape.

  2. Thanks buffchic....yep...it's duct tape. I'm a pretty high tech guy :) The painting panel, and the support board, are both light, so either duct tape, or masking tape will hold them just fine in a situation like this.
